Control Automation Technology provides custom state of the art AC and DC Drive Systems for extrusion plants.  Our extruder control packages can be configured as single or co-extrusion systems with up to 500 Horsepower. We can provide "automatic system control" to include profile and gauge feedback and control for automation processing or measurement on extruded shapes, such as pipe, window frames and decking, as well as blown and sheet films.

Our systems can take your process from raw materials (weigh feeders) through the winding or stacking process. With our twenty (20) years of extrusion experience, our systems are able to assist you in producing high quality product with extreme reliability and low maintenance cost.
