What currency are the prices do I see in the site?
Prices are as displayed from the country you are placing the order.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?
Items ship within the designated time as displayed on the product page. See the image below where to find the lead time:

These items are in quick delivery stock and will almost always ship same day if ordered before 3PM EST.

[ Ships in 3-5 days ]

These items are in factory warehouse stock and will ship in 3-5 business days from the time of order.

[ Ships in 3+ weeks ]

These items are available for backorder, if you are concerned about lead time it is best to contact us for a more accurate delivery time frame.

Are all products genuine from original manufacturer?
Yes, we are an authorized distributor of most of the products we sell. If we aren't an authorized distributor the products are purchased through an authorized distributor.

Can my order be returned? What if there is an issue?

Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent please refer to the refund / return policy: https://control-automation.com/pages/refund-policy

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto filled in an incorrect address then email us at support@control-automation.com. We will correct the address before shipping. If it has shipped we may attempt to reroute the shipment to the correct address.
